Our newly accredited training program is designed to equip participants with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in surface repair techniques, safety protocols, and the use of advanced materials and equipment.

Epoxy and Isocyanates Safety
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements
Surface Repair Techniques
Proper Use of IR Thermometers and Hygrometers
Effective Sanding, Grinding, and Paint Application Techniques
Measuring Paint Thickness, Completing Repairs on Various Surfaces
What Does the Training Program Entail?

Our experienced instructors, state-of-the-art facilities, and hands-on training approach provide an unparalleled learning experience for all participants. Our Spot on Metal course is accredited to the Siemens portfolio of delivery and will be added to candidates Siemens training records on completion of training.
This is a Siemens approved course and once completed does not require refresher training. On successful completion of the Spot on Metal & Composite training a certificate will be issued to show competence in this area and completion of the course.
Once certificate is received the technician/company will need to upload the certificate via the SGRE internal qualification system using the upload module UP-9702. Most companies will be adept at using this portal but if any issues are highlighted please refer back through to us and we can support any issues.
